Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lantana by IHG

I've had several Holiday Inn Express over the past years. By far this was the best because of the front desk staff. Notedly by the young lady named Kia. This was my second time day staying when she was on shift. Very friendly, professional, pleasant, and helpful with a friendly smile. I own a business myself and by just the short time spent at the hotel with her working here I'd hire her on my staff. She's definitely a keeper. Thank you so much Kia!

We had a great experience. Shout out to Caprice for helping us get checked in. I love that they have Keurig machines in the room.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Kia. We couldn't get into our room then Kia kindly come up to our room and it was an operator at our end. Check in was easy, Kia couldn't have made it any easier for us. I later couldn't get my wifi to work and she fixed it in seconds which was very much appreciated. We can't thank Kia enough for all her awesome help and for making our stay so special. She's truly an asset to your hotel. Thanks heaps from Ali and Steve :)

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The TV was not working well, but that was not a deal breaker. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety and served hot. The star of the show was the staff, from check in to check out everyone was approachable and helpful. There were plenty of local spots within a few miles to eat and even a Publix grocery store. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Room was basic but good. Clean beds bathroom area all you can ask for. Staff was very nice too.

I wanted to give a special thanks to TIERRAH I checked in last night. My wife and I were so tired and such a rough day. I have stage 4 colon cancer and I’m currently doing treatment here. We passed by the Holiday Inn express, ( typically great place to stay) really expensive. I spoke with TIERRAH when when booking. Such a wonder bubbly personality and over all down to earth caring individual who’s in touch with reality. I was told the prices and almost walked out , however I did not because her service was impeccable. My wife and I decide to book for 3 nights. Overpriced but I felt cares about and especially in my situation with my help I’m uncomfortable . We went to bed and woke up sick, the room smelled like mold, it was wet and yucky and did not notice the night before because we were tired. The soap dispenser were broken, ac didn’t work and we both felt nauseous and sick. We went out and came back and that’s when we really noticed. We brought this to Tierrah, and she did not hesitate to compensate by changing the room. I’m going thru a rough time and that room are it worse. To add to it, the carpet had nails sticking out and frieze was in rough shape. Yet again Tierrah, made us feel welcome. I hope you acknowledge her. I would not have stayed if it wasn’t for who she is. My wife and I are greatful. I feel I should receive a night for free as the first day was possibly the worst ever. Thank you again for such compassion and great service. You are the face of this location and I thank you!
